The Weekly Practice

“You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day – unless you’re too busy; then you should sit for an hour.” – Old Zen adage

business meditation

In business, ‘busy’ often means that you are working on urgent tactical things at the expense of important strategic ones. If you can’t afford to take a break, it is even more important for you to take one. Make sure you spend time every week on planning, goal setting and target evaluation. You will find that just a few months of consistently following this weekly practice will rejuvenate your business.
